Our Mission

HSW Management LLC is a property management company rooted in cultural land and property preservation.

We provide safe, affordable and fully furnished accommodations for global travelers, travel professionals, university educators and displaced families who need housing close to relatives and their workplaces. Although away from home, we strive to make our guests feel right at home- while providing a meaningful connection to our story and the Evanston Chicago community.

Meanwhile, we are expanding our reach to other owners of family heritage property, through our consulting services aimed at promoting tourism, workforce housing and other community rooted housing needs.

Our Achievements

Recognized as a 2026 City of Evanston “Love Your Block” Grant recipient for our commitment to safety, community impact, and responsible property stewardship.

2024 recipient of a City of Evanston Reparations Grant, which we reinvested into the property through the purchase and installation of 32 energy-efficient windows to enhance comfort, sustainability, and neighborhood curb appeal.
